Main Task Photo Shoot

On this page I have uploaded photographs which I have taken during our Photo-shoot day. I am uploading the photographs I have taken as evidence that I have used the camera to produce a number of photo's which will be effective and suitable to use as my main front cover image as well as being suitable for my music genre. Whilst taking the photo's I took into consideration the camera angles, types of camera shot and mise en scene I will need to use to make sure my photographs look professional.

The following images of Megan was taken trying to position her as Aaliyah was positioned in my mock up music cover page. Whilst taking the photographs I also kept in consideration about the grid rule, in terms of positioning. This involves the photographs being taken at a high, low or slight angle rather then being positioned directly in front of the camera.

This image shows that I positioned my model to take a range of effective and interesting photo's using a range of code and conventions.  In this specific photo it shows Megan playing with light to try and write the words RnB. For a first attempt I believe this went really well.

This photograph shows that I took a range of photographs using a range of different skills. In this photo it shows still photography. This means that the model doesn't move. I think this photo looks professional and would be effective to use as a pug give away in my music magazine.

This is another photograph which would have a good effect on my target audience. In this photo I have used a toilet roll to create a circle shadow type effect on the image. By using this code of convention it highlights the main point of my image, which is my model.
